406 Health Consulting was built after years of fluorescent-lit emergency rooms and seven-minute slots. Sarah Cruse created a quieter room: one clinician, enough time, and a plan that treats the whole person — hormones, metabolism, prevention, and the season of life you are actually in.
This is a self-pay practice. We do not accept or bill medical insurance. You know the cost before you book. Follow-up can be in person in Billings or by telemedicine across Montana.
