Family medicine

Primary care with emergency-trained judgment.

Preventive screenings, acute visits, and chronic management — the medicine most people still need — delivered in a self-pay, appointment-only practice that has time to listen.

In the room

Sarah trained as a family nurse practitioner and spent years in emergency and acute settings, including Billings Clinic and the DPHHS Crow Agency Emergency Department. She currently covers rural and Critical Access Hospital emergency departments, hospitalist service, and step-down ICU as a contract provider with Wilderness Medical Staffing. That background shows up in ordinary visits: what to worry about, what can wait, and how to say it plainly.

Care is available in person in Billings and by telemedicine for follow-up across Montana. This is not an emergency department. For emergencies, call 911.

A note on cost

Family medicine here is self-pay, the same as advanced wellness. We do not bill insurance. Time is billed at $225 per hour in 15-minute increments after the required consult. Estimates are provided before you book.
