Fees
You will know the cost before you book.
This is a self-pay practice. We do not accept or bill any medical insurance plans. Time is billed honestly. Nothing is a surprise add-on after you sit down.
New patient consultation
Required before other services. $255 for patients under age 40. $500 for patients age 40 and over, or those with complicated medical conditions.
Clinical time after consult
$225 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Labs, medications, procedures
Priced separately. Individualized estimates are provided before they are ordered or performed.
Glo Skin Beauty facials & peels
Custom facials and chemical peels are estimated after consult and skin assessment. Clinical time is billed at the practice rate; product and procedure costs are listed before treatment.
Telemedicine follow-up
Billed as clinical time. Offered when clinically appropriate for Montana patients.
Insurance
We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Some patients submit itemized receipts to an HSA or FSA — eligibility is determined by your administrator, not by us.
Estimates
Pricing lists and written estimates are provided before your appointment. If the plan changes, we stop and re-estimate before proceeding.
