Restore the levels that drive how you feel — not just a reference range.
Sarah Cruse is a certified Advanced BHRT provider through WorldLink Medical. Care starts with your story and comprehensive labs. Dosing is precise. Follow-up is unhurried.
For women
Perimenopause and menopause are not a personality change. Sleep, mood, libido, weight, brain fog, and the sense that you are no longer yourself are clinical signals — and they are often missed when the only test is a TSH and a pat on the hand.
Bio-identical hormone care here is individualized: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone when indicated, thyroid, DHEA, and the metabolic picture around them. We do not run a pellet mill or a one-cream-fits-all protocol.
For men
Fatigue, lost drive, softer strength, foggy thinking, and a “normal” total testosterone are a common combination. Free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, thyroid, and how you actually feel all belong in the same conversation.
Testosterone therapy, when appropriate, is clinically guided — diagnosed first, monitored, and adjusted. This is not a Low-T franchise. Safety from an emergency-trained provider is the point.
What a workup includes
A full intake
Energy, sleep, cycle or andropause history, medications, training, mood, and what “better” would actually mean for you.
The right labs
We look beyond a single total hormone. Markers are chosen for actionability — what would change the plan if the number moved.
A written plan
Compounded or FDA-approved options when appropriate, lifestyle, follow-up timing, and what we will not do. Estimates before you start.
Certain therapies may be off-label or not evaluated by the FDA for all uses. Recommendations rest on clinical evidence, professional guidelines, and your history. Results vary. No outcomes are guaranteed.
Peptides, when they earn a place
Peptides are short chains of amino acids involved in signaling, repair, and recovery. They are not a default add-on. When they are considered, it is after consult, labs, and a conversation about evidence, sourcing, and whether they support the rest of your protocol. We will tell you no when the answer is no.
